I am a results-based project management specialist, with a focus on strategy implementation, and accredited with the most prestigious certifications, as PMP (PMI ) and PRINCE2 (AXELOS), working with waterfall and agile methodologies.

During the past 30 years, I have been responsible for over 20 major projects in areas of oil and gas, metallurgy, infrastructure, and IT always with a holistic view and looking to improve ways of thinking, unhide competitive advantage, and inspire breakthrough ideas.

With a business-oriented mindset, experience in business development, IT, Supply, Contract and project management, I can guide teams, lead and motivate them with strong organizational, technical and personal skills. 

I work with organizations and individuals to help them create great project delivery cultures through which their projects can be delivered.

I’ve developed a solid reputation for successfully and profitably managing numerous concurrent projects through all project phases; from conception through completion within structured schedule, cost, and compliance parameters.
