With verve in IT and innovation, as CIO, engaged in a Global IT Business Strategy, processes redesign and business re-engineering. We started the program with a downsizing and ERP implementation, followed with a complete communications system revamp.

Directed a teams of approximately 15 software engineers and developers, and headed more than 25 software application deployement.

As Partner/Consultant from an IT company, I oversaw I  business intelligence (BI COGNOS) accounts and project management of a $100,000 (USD) project, encompassing Business analysis, modeling and deployment, including strategic and managerial information in the production and controlling/financial areas of a Copper Metallurgy Plant. 

One of the first user in Brazil of BI (Business Intelligence) and EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) systems.

Skilled in Business Process, Requirements Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, ITIL, and IT Service Management and certified at ITIL Foundation , PRINCE 2 Agile (AXELOS) and PSM I ( Professional Scrum Master I) (SCRUM.ORG).
