Change Management

Back in 1989 the company that I worked at that time decided to approach Total Quality Management (TQM), also known as total productive maintenance, toward long-term success through customer satisfaction. We did an effort, where all members of the organization participated in improving processes, products, services, and the culture in which we worked.

I actively participated in all phases of deployment, always providing a climate in which the company continuously improved its ability to deliver high-quality services to customers and culminated with our participation in National Quality Award as finalist.

As CIO I initiated an aggressive sourcing strategy resulting in an annual double digit percentage savings, change management and support concept for the ERP-implementation forming the base for the global change concept, enabled a customer focused communication strategy profiling IT as true internal business partner and participating actively in ISO 9000 certification.
