Overall authority in all aspects of financial accounting, including monthly closing, financial statement preparation, analysis and reconciliations; broad scope of responsibility overseeing strategic marketing planning, business development, standard procedures, and sales forecasting

Hype Tecnologias Ltda.

Business intelligence (BI COGNOS) accounts developrment  and a $100,000 (USD) project management, including strategic and managerial information in the customer´s (the largest country copper metallurgy) production and controlling/financial areas. The phases included modelling, data warehouse construction.

Spinartis Tecnologia Ltda

Created and managed a consulting organization for business process changes, which specialized in IT management for small and mid-size companies. Main project - Environmental Agency - Design and deploy a new Internet portal and redesign the business process in the Customer Service Centre.

ABB Service (Former CEMAN Ltda)

The largest Brazilian industrial maintenance service company with annual revenues of US$170 million in Brazil.

As CIO, engaged in a Global IT Business Strategy, processes redesign and business reengineering. We started the programme with a downsizing and ERP implementation, followed with  25 software application development and Busiines Intelligence deployement.

In estimation and business development, directed and managed the southwest estimating department, preparing proposals for oil & gas companies, mainly shutdowns and long range industrial maintenance contracts, in an average of 600 proposals/year.
